1. By means of this I.A. the Petitioner seeks extension of time with regard to the order passed by this Court in CRLMP No.1781 of 2022.

2. Perusal of the order dated 14th September, 2022 reveals that the Petitioner has been directed to file his grievance petition before the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Cuttack Opposite Party No.2 through speed post/registered post within a period of two weeks which the Petitioner has not been complied with. In any case, the Petitioner could file his grievance petition within two weeks' hence.

3. The I.A. stands disposed of.
