Since the claim of the Petitioner comes under the provision of the Odisha Land Rights to Slum Dwellers Rules, 2017 and as this Court finds, there is already an application at the instance of the Petitioner pending before the Collector, Khurda vide Annexure-5 (series), this Court directs the Collector, Khurda to look into the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-5(series) and find-out whether the Petitioner is already enlisted in the eligibility list, if any, prepared under the Odisha Land Rights to Slum Dwellers Rules, 2017 and in the event the Collector, Khurda finds, the Petitioner is already enlisted in the list meant for this purpose, decision as appropriate involving the Petitioner shall be taken also keeping in view the proof vide Annexure-3.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.
