1. The impugned order was passed by the trial court long ago denying the permission for recording evidence of the prosecution witnesses through video conferencing.

2. Six nearly six years have elapsed, the Court does not propose to interfere with such an order at this stage. The CRLMC is accordingly dismissed. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.
