Mr. Panda, learned advocate, appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client had obtained loan. Repayment fall arrears. His client made representation under annexure-2, for regularization of the account. The bank be directed to consider and dispose of the representation. 2.

On query from Court Mr. Panda submits, opposite party no.1 is guarantor.

In view of aforesaid, Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice. Instead, opposite party nos.2 and 3, either jointly or severely, are directed to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 15th August, 2022 and inform him the result, within two weeks of communication. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
