This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has some more Criminal Antecedents in his name, which he could not submit before this Court on 06.09.2022 due to want of proper instruction from his client (the Petitioner). 4.
Keeping in view such submission, the last sentence of Para-6 of Order No.01 dated 06.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.10479 of 2022 stands modified to the extent that "In the event it is found that the Petitioner has more than two Criminal Antecedents of similar nature, then this bail order shall stand automatically revoked." 5.
Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioner to surrender in the Court below as per the aforesaid order

Order dated 06.09.2022 stands modified to the above extent only, and the I.A. is disposed of accordingly. 7.
