1. It is stated that the Opposite Party No.1 has already retired rendering the petition infructuous. It is disposed of as such. The question of law raised in the review petition is left open for decision in some other appropriate cases.

2. It is stated that the orders of the learned Single Judge in both these cases have already been implemented.

3. In that view of the matter, leaving the question of law raised in these appeals open for decision in some other appropriate case, the appeals are disposed of.

4. Now that the appeals and the review petition are disposed of, the consequential reliefs in terms of the impugned orders of learned Single Judge and the retiral benefits, if any, be disbursed to the parties in accordance with law without any delay. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
