Mr. S.S.K. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and reiterates his submissions recorded in order dated 22nd February, 2022.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 to 3. Other opposite parties go unrepresented.

On 22nd February, 2022 following was said.

"1.

Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, there has been settlement between his client and opposite party nos. 4 and 5 (house owner). Now his client has good basis for occupation of the shop. His client has also paid retention fee for duration of the licence to be till 17th September, 2023.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State but opposite party nos. 4 and 5 go unrepresented. 3.

Petitioner is granted peremptory adjournment. Unless opposite party nos. 4 and 5 come before Court and confirm settlement contended by petitioner, the writ petition will be dealt with on merits.

List on 4th March, 2022."

On record of petitioner's submission that there has been settlement, nothing more is required to be done in this writ petition. The settlement is presumed since names of learned advocates of unrepresented opposite parties, have been reflected in the list, earlier and today.

The writ petition is disposed of. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated.
