2. Heard learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. None appears to move the I.A. The Petitioner has also not surrendered to custody which amounts to violation of the orders of this Court.

4. Considering the above facts, I do not find any reason to keep the I.A. and the Bail Application pending any longer. The I.A. and the BLAPL stand rejected.

5. The court below is directed to issue N.B.W. to take the Petitioner to custody forthwith.
