This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for early admission of Revision Petition No.92 of 2019 pending before the Additional Commissioner of Settlement & Consolidation, Berhampur. 2.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs in the event the Petitioner files a memo before the competent authority for early admission of the matter within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken for admission of the Revision Petition No.92 of 2019 within a period of one month thereafter.
