I.A.NO.1906 OF 2022 1.

This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

The Petitioner No.1 has come forward for modification of the order dated 21.09.2022. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioner No.1 is ready and willing to pay a sum of Rs.60,000/- instead of Rs.1,00,000/- as reflected in the order dated 21.09.2022. He also submits that since the Petitioner No.2 is not cooperating, the order dated 21.09.2022 could not be complied with and prays for modification of order dated 21.09.2002. 3.

The order dated 21.09.2022 is modified and is confined to Petitioner No.1 only. The benefit of the order dated 21.09.2022 can be availed by the Petitioner No.1 subject to the Petitioner No.1

// 2 // paying a sum of Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty thousand) to the informant instead of Rs.1,00,000/-.

Four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioners to surrender as per order dated 21.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
