This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, it is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to admit the writ petition, issue notice to the Opp. Parties and after providing an opportunity of being heard to the parties to the dispute, direct the Opp. Party No.1 to provide permanent power supply to the apartment namely "Bhartia Mansion" and further be pleased to direct the Opp. Party No.2 to provide NOC in the interest of justice and equity;

And pass such other order(s)/direction(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice;

And for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty shall ever pray."
