This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Jagatpur P.S. Case No.198 of 2022 corresponding to G.R Case No.1218 of 2022, pending before the learned J.M.F.C(R). Cuttack, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 420/294/323/506/34 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Cuttack, by order dated 19.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel Mr. S.K. Sahoo files Vakalatnama on behalf of the informant along with an affidavit, stating therein that the present matter has been settled, out of Court. 6.

Taking note of the same and keeping in view the nature of allegations, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Being cognizant of the submission of the learned counsel for the State that the petitioner has criminal proclivity, this Court directs that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till conclusion of trial. 8.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
