This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R Case No.392 of 2022 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Buguda arising out of Buguda P.S. Case No.404 of 2022, alleged offence under Sections 498-A/304-B/306/34 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhanjanagar by order dated 19.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is submitted that the deceased had committed suicide at her parental house and in the meanwhile charge sheet has already

been filed on 31.08.2022 and the petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2022. Copy of the final form is taken on record. 6.

Considering the nature of allegations and the filing of charge sheet and keeping in view the period of custody and role ascribed to the present petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
