Petitioner alleges that Mutation Case No.2866 of 2020 filed since 2020 is yet kept pending. This Court finds surprise in long pendency of such nature of case. Be that as it may, in the disposal of the writ petition, this Court directs the Mutation Officer-cumTahasildar, Barang to find if such application is still pending and in the event it is pending to show finality to such proceeding at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
