This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Tamando P.S. Case No.25 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.587 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 394/201/204/34 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, by order dated 19.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the nature of the allegations, punishment prescribed and that the petitioner has no criminal proclivity, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioner shall furnish cash security to the tune of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till conclusion of investigation. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
