This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Prayer for modifications, as sought for in the I.A., is allowed. 4.
In para-3 of the order dated 06.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.10499 of 2022, the offence punishable under "Sections 498-A/ 342/323/494/506/34, I.P.C." stands corrected and substituted by the offence punishable under "Sections 323/506/379/341/34, I.P.C." 5.
Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide the aforesaid order dated 06.09.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days
// 2 // from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

Order dated 06.09.2022 stands modified to the above extent only, and this I.A. is disposed of accordingly. 8.
