Considering the Mutation Case was filed in July, 2022 and the Writ Petition was filed in August, 2022 for targeting, however, since the Mutation Case is required to be disposed of lawfully within a reasonable period, this Court directs the Mutation Authority to conclude the proceeding in Mutation Case No.5590/2022 at least within a period of two months, but however, if necessary issuing notice to the Parties likely to be affected through Special Messenger at the cost of the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
