Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It is alleged, the Revision Petition Case No.672 of 2016 is yet to be admitted.

Perused the Case Records involved being produced by the learned State Counsel. It is unfortunate to note that even there is no fresh admission of the matter even for six years. This Court finds strange in the attitude of the Quasi Judicial Authority in holding over such matter for such long period. There is serious failure in discharge of duty by the Public Authority in their discharge of Quasi Judicial power. This Court expresses its anxiety and hopes and expects, the Competent Authority shall find improvement in the system involving the proceedings before the Quasi Judicial Authority.

Considering the submission made, in the event the Petitioner files a memo for admission of Revision Petition Case No.672 of 2016 within seven days from today, O.P.2 is directed to take a decision on admission of Revision Petition Case No.672 of 2016 within a period of one month thereafter.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. 6.
