1. There is an agreement between the parties which has been recorded in the report of the Mediator dated 21st June 2022 which is placed on record. The settlement terms as indicated therein are placed on record. Pursuant thereto, the Bank details have been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner to the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties in Court today.

2. The parties are directed to abide by the terms of the settlement. The petition is disposed of in terms thereof.
