Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "It is therefore most humbly prayed that the Hon'ble court may graciously be pleased to admit the writ petition, Issue Notice and after being heard from both the parties be pleased to allow the writ petition to the extent by directing the Opp.Parties to grant Certificate of Recommendation u/R.4 of Notification released by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, 21st June, 2022 to the Petitioners to proceed with the Surrogacy process...." 3.

By filing additional affidavit, learned counsel for the Petitioners submits, the Petitioners in the meantime have made an application in proper format.

Considering a decision is ultimately required to be taken by the C.D.M.O., Khurda, O.P.4, O.P.4 is directed to look into the

// 2 // request involved herein and in the event, the Petitioners have already complied necessary requirement, to pass appropriate order in the grant of Certification of Recommendation under Rule 4 of the Notification dated 21st June, 2022 by working it out within fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
