Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.371 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda, arising out of Jharsuguda P.S. Case No.80 of 2022, for commission of offence punishable under Section 394 of IPC.

Keeping in view the criminal proclivity of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to consider this application. 4.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands rejected.
