Heard Ms. K. Patra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. H.M. Dhal, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate.

This is an application praying for extension of time to file an application under Form-II of the Odisha Street Venders (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Scheme, 2015 for obtaining a certificate of vending.

Ms. K. Patra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits pursuant to order dated 02.09.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No. 21866 of 2022 the petitioner could not file the application within the time indicated by this Court in that order on account of hospitalization of his father. Accordingly, she prays for some more time to file such application.

Considering the submissions made and the prayer for extension of time is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to file the Form-II application within a period of two weeks. To that extend the earlier order stands modified.

Rest part of the order dated 02.09.2022 shall remain unaltered.

I.A. is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
