This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in Anandapur P.S. Case No.132 of 2022 corresponding to Special Case No.58 of 2022, pending before the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Keonjhar, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 363/366/376(2)(n) of IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge under POCSO Act, Keonjhar, by order dated 10.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the 164 Cr.P.C. statement.

Considering the tenor thereof and keeping in view that charge-sheet has already been filed in the meanwhile, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
