Mr. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client claims settlement of land as per particulars given in the prayer. Settlement proceeding is pending since year, 1988. He prays for direction upon opposite party no.4 to expeditiously dispose of the encroachment case.

Mr. Rout, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State. He submits, on direction made the case will be duly dealt with.

Opposite party no.4 is directed to expeditiously deal with Encroachment Case no.7/4/54 of 1988, preferably within three months from date of communication.
