I.A. No. 12069 of 2022 This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.08.2022, whereby this Court has recorded that by efflux of time since the writ petition has become infructuous, the same stands disposed. 3.

On perusal of the record, it is evident that the lease of stone quarry in question is for the year 2015-16 and by efflux of time, the period of lease has already been over. That apart, the writ petition has been filed in the year 2019, i.e. after four years of the lease period. 4.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this I.A., which is accordingly dismissed.
