1. The Petitioner's representation (Annexure-6) dated 20th August, 2022 be examined by the Project Director, National Highway Authority of India (NHAI), Project Implementation Unit, Balasore (Opposite Party No.2). After notice to the Petitioner as well as Opposite Party No.4, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 10th October, 2022. The order shall be made available to the parties within a week thereafter.
