This is an application for modification of order dated 8th September, 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently while filing the petition, he had been wrongly mentioned in the petition name of the father of the petitioner. 3.

Considering the submission made, the name of the father of the petitioner be corrected in the petition as prayed for. 4.

The date of surrender as has been directed by this Court in CRLMC No.2322 of 2022 stands extended and now the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below on or before 14th October, 2022.

Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
