This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This contempt Petition has been filed by the Petitioner alleging that he is not allowed to join in the Office and his salary has not been paid to him.

On the other hand, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that the Petitioner is not attending the Office. Further, the learned Additional Government Advocate on instruction submits that although the Petitioner pursuant to the order of this Court submitted his joining report on 05.08.2022, however, he has not attended the Office and discharged his duty till 14.10.2022. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that now he is attending Office.
