The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Opposite Parties to grant rebate as per the Notification of OERC dated 24th March, 2022 with effect from 1st April, 2022 instead of 1st June, 2022.

In course of hearing, Mr. Behura, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the statutory remedy for exemption of electricity duty. 4.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
