Considering the innocuous nature of prayer made in the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction on the Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of the appeal alleged to have been filed by the Petitioner on 23.04.2019 against the order of punishment passed on 25.02.2019 under Annexure-10. The said Opposite Party No.1 is directed to dispose of the appeal, if it is pending till date within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
