At the outset, Mr.

Samantaray, learned Additional Government Advocate states that the order passed by this Court on 26.08.2021 in W.P.(C) No.13190 of 2021 stands complied with, as the Tahasildar, Sadar, Bhubaneswar vide order dated 13th October, 2022 has since decided the lease application case of the petitioner, for which the petitioner would have a separate remedy.

A photocopy copy of the same has been supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the present Contempt
