Mr. P.P. Behera, learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that the Writ Petition has become infructuous since the relief sought by the petitioner has already been granted by the Opposite Parties by allowing her to appear in the examinations. However, the certificate has not yet been issued in her favour. 3.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, if the petitioner has any other grievance, it is open to her to pursue her remedy before the appropriate authority.
