This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in C.T. Case No.844 of 2022 arising out of Lanjigarh P.S. Case No.43 dt. 25.07.2022, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bhawanipatna, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 452/294/323/326-A/506 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Kalahandi, Bhawanipatna, by order dated 17.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the injury report of the victims which is taken on record, the injuries are stated to be simple in nature. 6.
Taking note of the same and the manner in which the injuries have been inflicted in a fit of anger as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to be
released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
