This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the rejection order was passed on 17.08.2021. However, in the meantime, the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the application and move the learned court below afresh.

In such view of the matter, the bail application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh bail application in the court below. In the event any bail application is filed, the same shall be considered strictly in accordance with law. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the BLAPL stands disposed of. 5.
