This matter is placed in the National Lok Adalat and is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

Learned counsel for the appellants, Officers of the Insurance Company and the learned counsel for the respondent no.2 are present.

It is agreed by the parties that a further consolidated amount of Rs.1,90,000/- (Rupees one lakh ninety thousand) over and above the awarded

// 2 // amount shall be paid by the Insurance Company to the claimants.

It is further directed that the respondent no.2Insurance Company shall deposit the agreed amount Rs.1,90,000/- within a period of two months from today and on depositing the same, the learned Tribunal shall disburse the aforesaid amount to the claimants.

As the settlement is arrived at before the Lok Adalat, no court fee shall be levied from the claimants.

The MACA is accordingly disposed of.

Free copies of this order be handed over to the learned counsel for both sides.
