This I.A has been filed by the Petitioners for modification of the order dated 13.09.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

Perused the recitals in the I.A.

It is submitted that the Petitioners were released on bail by order dated 13.09.2022. Because of their penury they were not able to arrange the cash security of Rs.50,000/-. Therefore, they are in custody.

Considering the aforesaid submission, this Court is persuaded to recall the direction in paragraph-9 relating to cash security. Other stipulations remain unaltered. 6.

Learned Court in seisin is called upon to act on production of the copy of the order dated 13.09.2022 sans "paragraph-9" and the order passed today in this I.A.

I.A is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
