1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

3. In this writ petition, the petitioner seeking a direction to the Opposite Parties to consider the inter district transfer of the petitioner sympathetically from Government Upper Primary School, Lambidora, BlockJharigaon, District of Nabarangpur to any Primary School under Bonth Block of Bhadrak district, keeping in view of the Notification No. 22167/S & ME dated 04.10.2018 of the Government of Odisha, Department of School and Mass Education under the ground that he is suffering from communal illness.

4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has given a representation dated 10.06.2022 to the Opposite Party No.2/Director, Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar and the said representation is still pending before the authority without disposal.

5. In view of pendency of such representation, the Opposite Party No.2/Director, Elementary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order and communicate to the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of production/presentation of certified copy of this order along with a copy of this Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
