1. It is clarified that the order passed by this Court on 16th September, 2015 in W.P.(C) No.16330 of 2015 was obviously for that particular year of performance of Ganesh Puja and it was not meant to apply for all times to come. It will be open to the District Administration to shift the date for immersion of the Ganesh idols from 18th to 25th September, 2022.
