Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the rival contentions of the Parties, this Court finds there is already forwarding of the case of the Petitioner vide Annexure-4 by the Deputy Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation-Opposite Party No.3 to Additional Commissioner (Land) Bhubaneswar, Municipal Corporation-Opposite Party No.4. 3.

Considering that this is a pending case, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Opposite Party No.4 to take a call on the request of the Petitioner also involving the communication vide Annexure-4 by completing the entire exercise within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner.
