ORDER
29.9.2022.
Order No.
02.
1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioners are in custody since 24th October, 2021 in connection with Kumbharpara P.S. Case No.384/2021 corresponding to S.T. Case No.106/2022 pending in the court of learned Asst. Sessions Judge-cum-C.J.M., Puri for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 294/398/307/34 of I.P.C. and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

4. The Petitioner No.2 had earlier approached this Court in BLAPL No.2679/2022, which was rejected granting liberty to him to renew his prayer after examination of the informant and injured during trial of the case. Both of them have been examined as witnesses in the meantime. Both of them have directly implicated the Petitioners in clear terms.
5. Having regard to the above facts, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected. (Sashikanta Mishra) AKB Judge
