This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Since allegation is made that there is unauthorized construction and the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to consider his representation, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the authority to consider the representation filed by the petitioner. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum by filing appropriate application in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
