This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Opposite Parties not to evict him from Janata Lodge Side Basti, Unit-3, Bhubaneswar till any alternative arrangement of residential house by Opposite Parties are made.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner contended that the Petitioner is one of the occupants Janata Lodge Side Basti, Unit-3, Bhubaneswar and other similarly placed persons have got the benefit pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 27.09.2021 in W.P.(C) No. 26744 of 20221 and as such, the Petitioner should be extended with such benefit. 5.

Having learned Counsel for the parties, this Court is not inclined to accede to the prayer made in this Writ Petition. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority by showing the order of this Court as referred above, so that the authority can consider and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 6.

With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
