Mr. Pradhan, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, there was death by drowning and compensation was claimed under representation dated 8th December, 2021 made to opposite party no.1. He prays for direction upon said opposite party to consider and dispose of the claim.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of opposite party no.1. He submits, on direction made the claim will be duly considered and dealt with.

Opposite party no.1 is directed to consider and dealt with claim made under representation dated 8th December, 2021. Petitioners are to be informed of result of the consideration within four weeks from communication.
