Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the notice of eviction issued by the opposite party no.3 dated 17.08.2022 under Annexure-3, this court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority in accordance with law.
