1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. R.N. Rout, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A.P. Das, learned ASC appearing for the Opp. Parties.

3. The present writ Petition has been filed against the show-cause notice issued by the Sub-Collector, Balasore -cum- Chairman, Regulated Marketing Committee, Balasore on 16.07.2022 under Annexure-1.

4. It is submitted the Petitioner though has submitted his reply under Annexure-2, but he is apprehending termination as he has been convicted vide Judgment dtd.24.05.2022 passed in G.R. Case No. 15 of 2012 arising out of VGR No. 40/2011 by the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, Balasore.

5. Since the Petitioner has already filed his reply to the show-cause, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ Petition. Opp. Party No. 2 is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and

6. The writ Petition is disposed of.
