This matter is taken up together through hybrid mode. 2.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order dated 13th March, 2015 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Jeypore in G.R. Case o.462 of 2014 as well as the proceeding. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Mediation is successful. Decree has already been passed in terms agreed in the matrimonial proceeding. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts and submissions made, especially the fact that the victim does not want to proceed in the aforesaid criminal proceeding, as submitted by Mr. N. Lenka, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party No.2Victim and the matter arises out of matrimonial dispute, the aforesaid criminal proceeding initiated against the Petitioners

// 2 // stands quashed inasmuch as continuance of the proceeding hereinafter shall be an abuse of the process of court. 6.

Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of.
