This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.1130 of 2022, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M. Bhanjanagar, arising out of Tarasing P.S. Case No.237 of 2022, under Section 399/402 of IPC, 27 of Arms Act and 4 & 5 of the Explosive Substance Act, 1908 and is in custody since 02.08.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhanjanagar by order dated 16.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

It is submitted by the learend counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is similarly circumstanced with one Titu Sahuu, who

has since been released on bail by this Court by order dated 07.09.2022 in BLAPL No.8036 of 2022.

Taking into account the nature of allegations and considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over matter. 7.

Keeping in view the criminal proclivity of Petitioner Nos.1 and 2, this Court directs the petitioner Nos.1 and 2 to appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till the conclusion of investigation.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
