This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties not to take any action pursuant to the eviction notice under Annexure-1 by disposing of his representation under Annexure-2.

This Court is not inclined to entertain such a prayer made in this writ petition. If the petitioner has any grievance, he has to pursue his remedy in consonance with the provisions of the OPLE Act and the rules made there under.
