2. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the illegal and arbitrary action of the Opposite Parties in rescinding the contract dated 18.12.2019 awarded to the Petitioner without giving any notice or any opportunity of hearing.
3. At the time of hearing, Mr. Tathagata Sahoo, counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.
4. In view of such submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
