This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in G.R. Case No.325 of 2022 arising out of Itamati P.S. Case No.105 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Nayagarh, for the alleged commission of offences under Section 379 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Nayagarh, by order dated 01.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into account the manner of accusation and punishment prescribed and filing of charge sheet on 04.06.2022, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks release of the petitioner. 6.

Learned counsel for the State brings to the notice of the Court that the petitioner has criminal antecedents and hence submits

that stringent conditions be imposed, if he is directed to be released on bail.

Considering the submissions, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the.

Additionally it is directed that petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till the conclusion of trial.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
